Through The Storms
Driving home from Huntsville yesterday was an adventure in itself. It seemed like Louisiana itself was one big, raging severe thunderstorm. The lightning was incredible to behold from a distance (Not so much when up close and personal). Carrie kept me advised constantly on weather conditions, At times the rain got so heavy that I could barely see the tail lights of the car or truck in front of me. I decided to activate my emergency flashers (known to us Star Trek fans as "Red Alert".) Before too long others were following my example to make it easier to be seen in the downpour.
