Needle Stalkers are interesting animals. By nature they’re inquisitive, sneaky, and much more intelligent than people on Pandora are willing to give them credit for. Maya had rescued one early into her stay on the planet, and to say she was happy to have found her dozing in her accommodations. would be an understatement. The second day of her stay here was coming to a close, and since she was really only comfortable taking Pudding outside during the night time when less people were around, this would have to do. The Stalker was waddling in front of her, sniffing at things and making the occasional chattering sound. Pudding was almost always very well behaved, so Maya didn’t even bother putting her on any kind of leash or harness. This proved to be a bit of an issue when the animal caught wind of something and quickly b-lined around a corner.
❝ Pudding, you know you can’t just go after whatever it is y-- ❞
Maya’s worry quickly turned to bewilderment as she rounded the corner, and caught sight of this natural-born killer rubbing it’s face all over a rather small creature, purring a storm. Stalkers were a lot like cats in that way, and though it was pretty cute, she figured she should stop it while she could. Sweeping in, she scooped the animal up, looking down at the little woman apologetically. { @poorlittlecreature }
❝ Oh, uh-- I’m very sorry ma’am. Any broken bones? ❞ She’s never dealt with someone this small before. She wasn’t even sure she had bones, but it’s the thought that counts!
