Yes, it's true! After thirty years, 311 is still making music. And what they may lack in evolution they certainly make up for in consistency. You can always count on these guys for at least one (although occasionally more) balmy nu-reggae contraptions worth returning to. "What The?!" has everything you'd want and/or expect from, well, let's face it, any era 311 song: guitars with wah-wah tones dancing with burbling bass licks, interplay between Doug "SA" Martinez's bright voice with Nick Hexum's deep entrancing one, and a general vibe of whatever time and place you were in when you first heard a 311 song.

Best Moment: The final bass and drum duo that bounds out of the guitar solo at 3:18 and knows exactly how to send us off in style.
