Find Your Familiar Spell - {The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina}

Inspired by the spell used in CAOS

A spell to help you find your familiar. Please do your research on familiars before using this spell, and please make sure you are in a good place in life to take care of a fuzzy friend should one come along. Example: I will be casting this spell before going to an animal shelter to adopt.

What You Will Need:

A bell (may be substituted for a chime, triangle, or other small, metal musical instrument)

A stick

A sigil:

This sigil is a recreation of the sigil used on CAOS

What To Do:

Go to an outdoor location where it is alright for you to draw a symbol onto the ground. The show’s spell takes place in a forest, and this matches the initial incantation. However, this incantation can be changed.

During the incantation draw the sigil in the dirt. Ring the bell once to begin the spell.

Spirits of the Forest

I pronounce my intentions to thee

Come forth and seek me

An equal we will be

Ring the bell again

~

Not Master and Servant

But Familiar to Familiar

To share our knowledge

Our Spirit

And our traits

Now, spirits...we will wait.

The first line of the spell can be changed to include the name of your deity or the area this spell is taking place, and this line’s substitution does not change the rhyme of the poem. Ex: “I call to my Lord, I pronounce my intentions to thee...”

SOOOO...

You know Bayonetta’s magical lollipops?  I’m thinking about bringing them to real life and witchcraft using the right ingredients and moon water for different intentions (ex.: attracting money and luck, love, health), simple kitchen witchcraft though. But first I have to do a little research on lollipop recipes and create my own.  Can’t wait to try it out.

It’s so beautiful today, I decided to open windows and cleanse the house a bit. Right now I’m also trying to learn cartomancy with my Princess Bride playing cards since the tarot thing will be a while. Today feels super witchy.
