Ingredients:
1 medium-sized cauliflower
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 spoon of Sundew refined sunflower oil
Instructions:
1) Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2) Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and cut it into small florets, resembling the size of popcorn.
3) In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
4) Pour the milk into a separate bowl.
5) Dip each cauliflower floret into the milk and then coat it evenly in the flour mixture. Shake off any excess.
6) Place the coated cauliflower florets onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave some space between them.
7) Drizzle a little Sundew refined sunflower oil over the cauliflower florets or spray them to help with browning and crispiness.
9) Once the cauliflower is cooked and crispy, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
