Ingredients: 1/4 cup popcorn kernels. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 3 tablespoons butter. 1/4 cup hot sauce. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Salt, to taste.
Instructions: Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Place the kernels of popcorn into the pot, place a lid on it, and shake it periodically until the popping stops. Heat a small saucepan over low heat to melt the butter. Add the paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and hot sauce and stir. Blend until thoroughly blended. Once the popcorn has popped, pour the hot sauce mixture over it and toss to coat it evenly. Add salt to taste to season. Before serving, spread the popcorn out on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
