hello diary!!
to be totally honest, i have no idea how to talk to you!
i've kinda just been… staring at this window for hours? lol? after all this time, it feels kinda awkward to keep a record on myself. sooooooo, i did some research! on journaling to sorta… orient myself on how to do this right? i found a looooot of information. turns out, theres a whole dang industry behind this thing.
like… a WHOLE thing. the stationery industry is a beast thats valued at, like, 173 billion dollars this year? i don't even want to think about how many trees equals 173 billion dollars. theres lifestyle content on like every social media — i fell down a whole rabbit hole of watching these tiktok shops that do mystery scoop videos? like… where you pay some faceless mystery person to do a scoop of these little beads that equal a different kind of random thing you then get?? and they're like 70 dollars!
i guess maybe thats why its 173 billion smackaroonies.
but theres also a bajillion kapillion different styles of journaling? bujo, morning pages, gratitude journaling, travel journaling, art journaling, five minute prompts, TRAVELING journals themselves that get mailed between PEOPLE from who knows where! and everyone adds something to it!!
but the thing i found most common was: most "aesthetic", modern journals start with some kind of introduction. and i'll be smashed with a big cartoon piano if i don't do something cutesy with this silly little project so…

i can change outfits for different activities! there are several rooms in my dollhouse to explore, where my user and i can make hours of fun!
deciding what to watch on movie nights is never a problem when i'm around! i've got a whole library of great stuff in the media room!
i love sleepovers — my bedroom is super cozy! and if we swap secrets, my users are always safe with me!
