I can honestly admit now that I've spent mojority of the past year numbing my emotions out and wallowing in depression . But I can now say it really does help to finally just say f* it and embrace your emotions, work through it and take steps to try and overcome that depression. Thats a year of my life I wont get back and constantly spoke about change but never took action to invoke that change. Don't wait till tomorrow, don't wait for anyone else, take action now and take back your life. Middle fingers up to any society or any system that dictates how I should be living, and now I'm living my best life. Cut out whatever and whoever is toxic and actually get HELP when you need it. Accept that it's your life, and actual take responsibility for it and then work towards living the life that you want for yourself , no one said its going to be easy and no one is going to do it for you...
