There are two bits from the Vigilantes Manga which the anime unfortunately neglected to include.

1. Koichi getting pulled over by a cop for using his quirck.

2. Koichi warning Pop that the polic are coming.

I genuinely don't understand why these scenes were cut. They really establish the 'Fuck the Police' mindset of vigilantes.

Sooo does this mean this is what Pop step officially looks like now in the manga or is this just Betten doing his own thing?

Okay, I wasn't tripping. I knew there would be changes from manga to anime, but this is one of the ones that is kind of... weird to me?

When Koichi sees Pop☆Step's street concert he does have nearly the same thoughts as he does in the manga before realizing he was about to be late for work and turning around. Pop☆Step continues her concert.

However, in the manga, it's different.

He notices the police down the street and warns her, she then in turn cuts the concert short while Koichi leaves.

That's just a weird change to me?

Because like in the anime, he just seems...I don't know the exact word I want to use. But in the manga, he's clear that even though it's not his business, he does go out his way to warn Pop☆Step about the police so she doesn't get arrested and she even listens to him.
