Sorry to post two smoothies in a row, but I challenge you to find a more divine smoothie than this Pina Colada. The coconut water has the perfect electrolyte balance for a post-workout drink to rehydrate in summer, plus its super thirst quenching.
Ingredients
Water and flesh of one fresh coconut
Frozen and chopped pineapple
2 scoops protein powder
To open the coconut cut a square in the top of the coconut with a meat cleaver or large knife. Pull the cap off the coconut and add the coconut water to the blender along with the pineapple and protein powder. Using a spoon scoop the flesh from the inside of the coconut and add it to the blender. Combine all the ingredients and enjoy!
