How does Poseidon feel about Epic: The Musical (if you’re familiar)? Has he even heard it?

generally speaking, i don't think most of the gods put much stock in or apply much interest to how they are portrayed in media. they know it's never going to be accurate because the full story wasn't even available to ancient playwrights or recorded properly then, so it certainly won't be now.

that being said, if poseidon did know of epic, he would probably be pretty miffed. mostly because his actual involvement in the entire odyssey was very secondhand and super quick. his son was injured so he sent a storm to destroy some ships. end story. his beef with odysseus was never so personal. so to see that dredged up as this super intense conflict between the two, in which poseidon loses, would just be ridiculous to him.
