It's okay to change your labels
People constantly change, and nobody stays exactly the same from moment to moment. It's fine if your gender, sexuality, and romantic orientation change, because that's you figuring yourself out! It's okay if you call yourself trans one year and genderfluid the next. Your trying on different identities and seeing which one fits, like clothes. Also like clothes, sometimes you grow out of labels and need new ones, and that's perfectly okay! In 5th grade I was straight In 8th grade I was aromantic heterosexual Now I'm aromantic asexual. And that might change again. I might decide demisexual fits me better, or that I don't want to label myself at all, which is just fine! So, friendos, you aren't faking when you think that maybe your bi instead of pan, or trans instead of agender. Identities are like coats, and sometimes it takes a while to find one that fits.
