Pos hour: I study songwriting and music production at university, and the last two original songs I played in class got such a positive response from everyone! One girl said my lyrics feel like they shimmer, and another said she almost cried while listening. I’m hugely insecure about my music abilities and have this fear that I have no talent at all, so it was so nice and reassuring to have everyone give me such positive feedback on my songs ☺️☺️

WOW jemma that’s amazing!! it must feel incredible to get that feedback and honestly you can tell it’s genuine based on the... like, uniqueness of the compliments? the lyrics SHIMMER? that’s amazing. seriously. ugh. my heart is full for you <3

I feel like i always tell you about my horseback riding oof but that's really usually the Highlight of my week so, anyways i practiced bareback riding today which can be pretty hard, especially trotting, and my teacher said she was really impressed with how i did and how quickly i improved!! I also went apple picking on Saturday and im probably gonna make a pie soon, and the mountain was Peak Fall Aesthetic hehe

happy positivity hour!! today was my first day of librarianing and it was lowkey hard but now im eating a cupcake which is making it better! also we got over a foot of snow today and it’s still snowing so please cross your fingers for me for a snow day tomorrow! hope your today was good!!

Positive hour!! I just went through a really messy break up with my girlfriend of four years and even though the relationship was toxic I was having a hard time dealing with it... But today I actually happy cried because I realized that for the first time in a really long time I was actually happy, and I felt like myself!!

dude even when it’s the right thing it can still be hard to go through something like that!!! i’m SO happy you’re doing better though <3 clean, anyone? <3

Positivity hour: I get to go home for Thanksgiving tomorrow! I'm very excited for a break and it's my favorite holiday because we have such a relaxed Thanksgiving at my house with just immediate family, great food, and some boardgames.

pos hour: my diving practice went really well today! I worked super hard on my front dive 1/2 twist bc I was having trouble with it yesterday :)))
