POSITIVE HOUR: I just helped one of my best friends come out as gay to his ultra traditional family and they actually took it SO WELL I’ve been crying happy tears all day 🌈😭

positive hour: my spin class this morning was really good and i actually felt kinda great after! and i feel like i could really get healthier in the long run and i’m excited

i finally had the courage to tell my friends that i’m quitting uni and moving away and i was so scared of it but they reacted super supportive and now i am feeling so empowered somehow that i am thinking about coming out to my parents as bi
