june 17 2016. 1. scott held me while i was in a nap of sadness today. i appreciate him so much. 2. maddie supports tf outta me. 3. becca would go across the world for me. never had a friend as real as her. 4. im cleaning my room and ridding myself of things i do not need. 5. i am a great person. i am motivated. i have two jobs. i am losing weight. i am beautiful. i am surrounded by people who love me. i am happy.

#tbt to day one of my journey with P90X3 and flash forward to this past Sunday that marked day 90. My transformation has been incredible, both mentally and physically. I've never been this strong or toned in my life. I am not stopping here. Moving on to LesMills Combat starting next week. I'm so proud of myself for never giving up and giving this program my all. Appropriate #transformationtuesday. Day 60/90 from P90X3. I've recently posted this on my Facebook and have had such an incredible, positive and motivational response to it from friends and family. So I figured I'd throw this out there to show that dedication and hard work does pay off, even if we can't always feel it and don't see it every day.
