Team Work Mathematics: Team work mathematics is simple to understand but sometimes it can be hard to adapt and achieve because the leaders ego can get in the way of the mathematical equation. When you have two great leaders in your company but they can’t work very well together as a team. That team work mathematics will look like 1+1=0(-1) because they will be against each other if they even believed in the same simple answers to what they are trying to prove leaving a nasty and negative work environment. But if those same leaders can work good together it can lead that team work mathematics to 1+1=3 because the third party to than equation answer will be the positive work environment that is applied and involved. I once read on 2 political parties in the US stranded at the airport waiting for flights and decided to have something to eat together because they noticed each other while standing in line. They decided to share the table for dinner. They started talking and outside of their political parties they agreed on a lot of things. This became a healthy habit while coming to Washington for work and they kept making spare time for that dinner for talking and building up a healthy work relationship. When it came to strong and correct votes that needed approval and the ego checked at the door these 2 made a leadership development in leading by example by agreeing with each other in certain areas even when their political side showed no process. This is team work mathematics with the proper equation in place with 1+1=3+ with so much more involved in the answer that is outside of their area of expertise.
