Something my son made for me! Love my boy and I am fighting hard to create a world where people are treated with empathy and kindness instead of operating out of fear! There was a parent spreading a lie about my son at his school! Saying he punched a girl because he liked her? Well that is not even close to the truth! The fact that this person thought to say he would punch someone he likes say a lot about the mentality of the person. 8 is a tough age for boys! Then coupled with bullying dynamic that has been present from day one! I am working with the school to try and change this! I don’t know which parent said it but I’d like find out so I can have a mature conversation about our roles as adults and what we need to do to be better examples to our children. Childhood traumas and ways of being get the best of all of us but when you demonize a child well there’s a disconnect from reality. Parable about two snowflakes ❄❄ It was snowing. It was quiet and peaceful, and fluffy snowflakes unhurriedly circled in a silly dance, slowly approaching the ground. Two small snowflakes, flying alongside each other, started a conversation. So they do not get separated from each other, they joined hands and one snowflake said cheerfully: "What an incredible feeling of flight!" "We are not flying, we are simply falling," the second replied sadly. "Soon we will meet with the earth and turn into a white fluffy blanket!" “No, we are flying towards death, and on the ground we will simply be trampled.” “We will become streams and rush towards the sea.
