I suffer from really bad seasonal depression but this season I'm going to MAKE myself do a daily reminder and a 1 second a day diary. I'm going to keep my head up and trust that there will always be a sunshine after the winter storm! It's okay to be scared and it's okay to not be okay but I will push foward and make the BEST out of every day! No matter how tough it gets I will try and to think of at least ONE good thing about the day!
