1. Recording anxiety when it attacks!!!

Am i the only one who feels this way? Like im always on edge, like in one wrong turn ill be doomed??? I couldnt even do ny errands in peace. Buying basic stuff is a struggle. The lights, the people, the queue...it made me jittery, and wanted to pass out. Just why??? Theres also this feeling at night that if you close your eyes you will never able to open again. Like sever fear of death. I mean, this past few weeks im so tired being stressed out of possibilities of heart attack or aneurysm that it affects my daily life. Could i be normal lole everyone else please? How am i always nervous and pessimistic? What should I do? Hopefully my blood chem and heart tests will come out excellent. *crossfingers*

Anyways, i wish i could figured out sooner rather later how to deal with my own demons. Im sure everyday is a struggle but im so done being held back. Im so ready to fight back NOW!!!
