Amicabots said they're changing to a semi-open species, meaning, in there words "You can make unofficial ones off the masterlist"

TF you mean? Thats just a normal closed species. I love em too death, but a closed species is just a community following rules set by the leader. People are always always allowed to make unofficial ones as long as they don't try to use it like a real one
