"I'm replaceable," you say, but is that true? Have you thought about replacements in a general sense? Someone could take your role in life, perhaps, but will they be exactly like you? Of course not. They will not be you feeling the thrill of getting someone to laugh. They will not be you deciding the best time to bake is at night even though you're tired then. You will feel a tickle on your neck and jump away from your best friend, not whatever "better replacement" you think there could be. You're you, and no one can perfectly be you except you. Even if someone were to be given a rundown on your life and have a very similar life and personality to you, they'd still grow and develop in a different way than you. A replacement who is "more successful, more graceful, better" can't overcome the flaws you have. They won't be careful with magazines because of paper cuts like you. They won't like purple donut earrings or brussel sprouts cooked a certain way like you. No one's exactly like someone else. No one's replaceable. If you're overlooked; if you're the underdog; that's not your fault for not being noticed and appreciated. You are a person. You are wonderfully you.

honestly ive just learnt to stop giving a shit about what anon hate has in store for me. i dont toot my horn all year round so im just going to now 🤷‍♀️

i am an extremely reasonable person when it comes to running this blog. I take criticism and i know how to tell it apart from hate. Sure sometimes it looks like I let it get to me but that's only because I'm letting it. No anonymous hater has this power. No one can hurt me if I don't let them. Remember that. I do not hurt or scare easily. I never have.

Please do not send me messages in hopes of getting an ego boost because you won't be provided it. I don't care. I am proud of the content I produce, the literature I share, the friends I make and the love I give. If you want your share of love, I will gladly grant it to you.

But know that hate has no place over here. No might over my feelings. I will whine once or twice and then forget you exist altogether.
