There has been the possibility of other worlds that exist in the Naruto-universe,

The two recent attacks in the leaf-village

  Nue, the monster created from Danzo’s Gozu Tenno project.

  Shin Uchiha’s attack on Sasuke and his family.

  The common Factor between the two disasters

  The existence of other dimensions, one of which is the Otsutsuki Home world.

  Kaguya Otsutsuki was creating an army of White-Zetsu’s when she found out the trio of the same Otsutsuki Clan.

  So far, we’ve only seen Momoshiki and Kinshiki in the anime, manga and movie, Urashiki’s whereabouts is still unknown, but in a way it does not matter now that it is confirmed that the Original Otsutsuki Clan are still at large. What if there are other beings on the same level as the original otsutsuki clan, what if Kaguya was preparing for another being that posed a threat to the Original Otsutsuki Clan?

 In Chapter 17 of Boruto, Sasuke did admit that there is a possibility of beings on the same power level as the original Otsutsuki Clan lingering on earth, he maybe implying that there is another original Otsutsuki Clan member on earth dwelling in the shadows which would not be a surprise to hear it –

  After-all in the wonder-woman movie, Ares had been on earth for eons after been defeated by Zeus, even though he was banished, he was still able to maintain his god-like powers as he manipulated humanity to go to war against themselves, after all his favorite hobby is war.
