On the back of your earlier post single dad seems the most viable for the kidnap plot. Little bean has had way too much trauma. Not that single dad hasn’t. Both those options sound awful but the opportunist grab is likely an easier write 🤔 although seriously I’ve no idea what I’m talking about as I’m not talented enough to write.
I absolutely do think I've put Lando and the boys through too much in Little Bean. They probably deserve a nice fluffy update or something cute and no more hurt...for now
As for kidnapping Eloise, I do think in the paddock would be the easiest way to do it. Especially when she's a little older, and Lando lets her walk to visit other garages either with him, Daniel or if she's say going from McLaren to the garage nextdoor, Lando can watch her run to whoever she is visiting and they bring her back
It's also so busy and crowded and has lots of little nooks and crannys for them to disappear down and hide. Lando just watching, screaming, trying to shove past people to grab Eloise as she cries out for him and then she's gone and Lando is panicking because that's his baby, that his little girl and he failed her.
Daniel is instantly there, he heard Lando screaming and he's sprinting after them. Just calling Eloise's name and frantically searching everywhere he can while some of the others and teams join in before he has to go back to Lando and admit he couldn't find her
Hi my name is Allen and I love starting things on impulse 💚
This isn’t even whumpy, only a lil at the end, but the image was so strong and persistent I HAD to write it so here we are
CW: Nothing really, bound and gagged at the end

Nate blinked tiredly as he stared at the road ahead of him, seemingly never ending as it cut through the dense forest. He knew he shouldn’t be driving much longer, he’d been at it all day and somehow gotten turned around, he had no idea where he was but right now he was more worried about finding somewhere to stay for the night seeing as it was nearing one a.m. He figured he could find a way home in the morning, it was pouring rain and hard enough to navigate as it was, he could only hope it cleared up the next day.
He was hopeful when he saw lights ahead and a break in the forest around him, passing by a dimly lit sign welcoming him to “Glaswick”. He hadn’t heard of this town before but he figured it must’ve been some small, unimpressive place out of the way, so unremarkable it didn’t even appear to be showing up on his GPS. He assumed that could’ve been a glitch though, the thing never worked right when he needed it to, and decided not to worry about it, instead taking in his surroundings as he drove through the tiny quiet town. He didn’t expect anything to be open right about now but a brightly lit sign for the Glaswick Motel caught his eye and he was quick to turn into the parking lot when he saw the light on in the front office. He shut off his old truck before getting out and rushing inside to get out of the rain, a bell ringing when he pushed open the door.
There was a young woman behind the front desk, she jumped up from the chair she’d been sitting in when he came in. She seemed nervous, her eyes anxiously darting around as he approached the desk.
“Hey uh, you wouldn’t happen to have any available rooms, would you?” He asked, trying to give her a kind smile despite how exhausted he was.
“No.” She blurted out immediately, looking almost surprised at the sound of her own voice. “N-No, I’m sorry, we- we don’t…” She said, softer this time. He thought it was odd, there had only been one or two other cars in the parking lot, but he didn’t want to press her on it. She seemed scared enough as it was.
“Well, do you think you could help me out then?” He asked, leaning against the counter, the girl abruptly stepping back when he did so. “I just need to get back to the main road, I really don’t know how I even ended up here- I don’t travel much if you couldn’t tell.” He laughed softly.”If you could just give me some directions, that would help a lot.” He said, and she shook her head quickly.
“N-No, I-I’m sorry I don’t, I don’t know…” She said. “You uh- you should get going though, it’s p-probably a ways to the- the next town, and it’s r-really late so- so you should really go.” She insisted. He couldn’t help but feel bad, she must’ve been new at the job and still rather shy, he didn’t want to put anymore pressure on her. He was just standing up straight, ready to move away from the counter when an older woman emerged from the back room behind her, looking tired but still, rather friendly.
“Leah, are you trying to chase someone off again?” She asked with a sigh, and the girl didn’t respond, instead backing away and watching the woman, who turned her attention to him now. “Don’t pay her any mind, she’s always trying to pull jokes like that. How long do you need the room for?” She asked him.
“Uh, just for tonight please, I’ll be out in the morning.” He said, getting his wallet out to give her his card, only for her to wave him off.
“Oh we’ll worry about that in the morning. It’s late, I’m sure you want to get to bed.” She said, checking something on a computer before grabbing a keycard and handing it to him. “Room 104 sir, have a good night.” She told him, and he thanked her, relieved to just be able to finally rest for the night. As he was on his way out he spared a glance back at Leah, and when he locked eyes with her he swore he saw her mouth two words.
“I’m sorry.”

The room was fine, though he may have just been tired enough he didn’t care. He’d been quick to get his things from his truck and settle down for the night, taking a quick shower before collapsing into bed, looking forward to waking up hours later to clear skies and an easy trip home.
Unfortunately, that wasn’t what he got.
Nate woke up exhausted and confused, still lying on his side, and he was quick to notice it was pitch black- not like the middle of the night, more like his eyes were still closed when he was sure they were open. He blinked a few times just to be sure, and as he woke up more he realized there must’ve been something over his eyes. He tried to raise his hands but found that they were restrained behind his back, bound with zip ties, in fact, his ankles were bound the same way, he was completely stuck there.
He heard voices, they were muffled as though they were outside the room and at first he didn’t even consider they were dangerous, he tried to call out for help but there was a cloth gag shoved between his teeth and tied behind his head, muffling his panicked cries. He heard laughter outside the door, then he heard the sound of it being opened, multiple people entering, and it finally dawned on him that most likely, they were far from the help he was hoping for.

I'm meeting the guy I've been texting with on Wednesday you guys. I'm of course bringing my squad so I don't get kidnaped. I'm very nervous because well I've seen pictures of him, but no one really looks like their picture. But what if I built him up to high in my mind and I'm disappointed or he surpasses all of my thoughts and I'm not good enough. Mostly I'm stressed because I feel he's out of my league and what happens if he knows that?
