Accidentally let slip at the hair salon I write fan fiction.
Woman who does my hair: Oh my god I love fan fiction! what do you write!?

she’s still heartbroken
So I wanted to be noticed but now I think I would rather be unnoticed.
I have mixed feelings about the night I just had. I thought it was nice and I don't know maybe I'm over thinking it but I just feel like I was completely unlike myself and that things are about to change in my life. IDK 'maybe I'm just really tired. All I know is that two guys whom I just met tonight (basically they are strangers) have my number.
Is it jealousy? Is it regret?
The matching lips not yet met?
Or maybe it's the bitterness of empty heart
Not yet sweetened by love's tart
Longing for love lies lament
Broken for benefits my back be bent
Carrying loads borrowers never share
Limitless the weight scale seems to bare
May I have this dance? Perhaps this chance?
It was my job to advance
And yet my move was yielded
As if my heart could be sheilded
From what? From Who? I never knew
Entries of doubt always ensue
Resigning resentment will never rest
Foolish man, the troubling mind does not know best
I hope I never regret what I just did
I either just did one of the smartest things I've ever done or the stupidest..
And all I can do is sit here, wait, and cry hysterically
I said goodbye and turned from the face of a tired young man who had just given me one and a half hours of his time that was supposed to be used for other things but was lost in an evening of music. I left feeling like I had been a burden for my friend. I felt difficult. I mean, I know I had warned him that friendship with me is not an easy thing, but I am sorry to be right.
