??BREAKING: Law enforcement threatened to kill an unarmed 17-year-old as he was leaving an anti-ICE protest in Indianapolis.
In the video, police officers stop a 17-year-old and order him out of his car.
He calmly asks why.
Instead of answering, an officer opens the car door, grabs his arm, and says:
“I will fucking kill you.”
An armed officer told an unarmed child he would kill him… with zero justification.
The teen looks visibly shocked and gets out of the car.
Officers then shove him against the vehicle and begin searching him.
After threatening his life, the officer tries to justify it by saying,
“He was reaching for a gun.”
The teen responds, “Who was reaching for a gun?!?”
They find no gun… because he never had a gun, and never reached for anything.
This police officer illegally threatened to use lethal force against a minor who committed no crime.
Which is exactly what happens when a government excuses, defends, and normalizes law enforcement aggression.
When officers know they won’t be held accountable, the threats get louder, the lies get sloppier, and the violence escalates.]

🚨READ THIS. THIS IS NOT A DRILL.🚨
ICE has kidnapped a U.S. citizen.
An immigration attorney, Victoria Slatton, has a client who was BORN IN MARYLAND, a U.S. BORN CITIZEN, and ICE took her into custody on December 16th.
That alone should terrify you.
But it gets worse.
Her legal team filed habeas corpus, the legal protection meant to stop the government from disappearing people.
A COURT GRANTED IT.
The judge issued an injunction stating she:
-CANNOT be deported.
-CANNOT be moved out of the jurisdiction.
Because she is a U.S. citizen. Born in America.
ICE ignored the court order.
Even after being given her valid U.S. birth certificate, ICE moved her anyway, transferring her to Louisiana, a location widely known as a final stop before deportation.
Let me say this again, because it should make your stomach drop:
THIS WOMAN WAS BORN IN THE UNITED STATES.
DHS is now:
-Ignoring a federal court order
-Holding a U.S. citizen
-Denying her access to her lawyer
Her attorney didn’t stop at a birth certificate. They provided:
-Immunization records
-Sworn affidavits from people present at her birth
- And has personally confirmation from the hospital that records of her birth exist
None of it mattered.
Despite overwhelming proof, DHS is still refusing to release her and is actively transporting a U.S. born citizen across state lines, in direct defiance of the court.
This is not “border security.”
This is not “law and order.”
This is the federal government deciding it can erase citizenship on a whim.]
Dulce Consuelo Diaz Morales was arrested on Sunday. ICE won’t release her despite extensive documentation of her citizenship, her attorneys
“The thing that’s been the most difficult so far is that, in all of our interactions with the government, they’re denying that any of her birth certificates, which are from Laurel, Maryland, her records of immunization, medical records — they’re denying the authenticity of them,” Perez said.
“It is something I’ve never encountered in all my work as an attorney,” Perez said. “It’s infuriating.”

I keep saying this but no one is connecting the dots. The war is to satisfy legal preconditions for mass removal *domestically* of Latinos (
Tens of thousands of demonstrators gathered throughout the Southland in protest of President Donald Trump's policies.
Patch witnessed officers knocking demonstrators to the ground, charging into the crowd on horseback, shooting them with rubber bullets and beating them with long sticks. One officer fired rubber bullets into a cluster of journalists at close range, hitting at least one. One elderly man was charged and shoved to the ground by a Los Angeles Police Department officer.
A line of mounted LAPD officers used large wooden sticks to strike protesters as they attempted to disperse the crowd on Los Angeles Street between Aliso Street and Temple Street. The bulk of the violence occured near the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building, which is being guarded by the miltary. The LAPD put itself and some distance between the demonstrators and the military.

Cellphone video has emerged as a powerful rebuttal to the Trump administration’s version of immigration enforcement incidents.
Cellphone video has emerged as a powerful rebuttal to Trump’s version of events, at a time when the federal government has restricted state and local investigators from accessing potential evidence to pursue their own investigations into excessive force and fatal shootings by immigration agents in their jurisdictions.
