To fuel my caffeine addiction my sister got me a really nice French press for Christmas. But she isn't the kind to just buy gifts because she is crafty, so she bought a bunch of green coffee beans and roasted them for me, and by roasted them for me I mean when I was baby sitting she asked me to roast a bunch of coffee beans for her to give to my dad. Then she wrapped them and gave them to me as a late Christmas present. As you can see my post Disney life is thrilling.

The weird thing about coming back from Disney and working in customer service elsewhere is that, for one thing, they call them customers, and, for another thing, they treat their "customers" like a commodity.
Like, where I work they're very concerned with providing excellent guest service not because they want to provide their guests with the best possible guest experience, but because they want them to come back and spend more money. And they're very blunt about that. And it makes me uncomfortable.
