I think that one of the worst feelings out there as a creative is having the perfect, *exact* idea of something in your mind’s eye while simultaneously being fully aware that you don’t have nearly enough skills/time/knowledge/motivation/resources etc etc to do it. Having every single detail of a drawing in your head while having it look wonky and lopsided on (physical or metaphorical) paper. Having every word of a fic in your head while being barely able to string a coherent sentence together. Having the most beautiful musical composition unable to be created because you only know the very basics of the required instrument(s). And even if you do understand the required skills and tasks, all your thoughts are too vague and nebulous to solidly form concepts and all mental images keep shifting and changing like those poorly made AI animations. Please tell me I’m not the only one like this
