I can recommend something canon adjacent for sure! Home Is Where The Haught Is by CelestialClexa is a pregnant!waverly fic that takes place post season 3 (but mostly post all possible show events but as of right now they can only be the current canon show events). Also, it has an incredibly cute title for the sake of bonus points.
