WELL ANYWAYS AFTER THAT RANT.

hopefully i can get over her and find someone new who can actually accept my love, because I fall HARD (as you can see from the last post) and FAST. so hopefully it happens soon and I can find someone who can be my other half :) this senior year better give me the best wlw romance of my life istg. i bought heart carabiners, 2 of them, red. So when I find that person ill give them my other one and we can wear them together, link them up and be like "wow! our hearts are interlinked". that would be so cute. im delusional. so so delusional lmfao.

Now that I seem to have pissed off every asexual here on tumblr

Lemme just say THANK YOU for those of you who've read my posts and are still with me here. I know this is a controversial opinion and contrary to the justified hatred takedown posts, this one is based in something much murkier and harder to concretely defend.

THANK YOU to those who asked questions and asked for clarification and otherwise did not turn to attacks or unfollowing based on this alone.

THANK YOU to those who sent me supportive messages! YOu guys are awesome and shine as a beacon to me for sensible rationalism on tumblr. I know I'm not the only one.

That said, if you don't agree with something I'm saying, please, PROD ME WITH IT! None of my opinions are concrete, but most of them boil down to things that are very hard to explain away. 90% of my opinions come from brain chemistry at their core, which is a thing that even brain experts don't fully understand.

That said, if you hit me with an argument that both makes sense and that I can't refute, then congratulations. You'll change my mind! If you can't come up with something that's convincing and that I can't reasonably doubt, then you're probably not going to change my mind. That's just the way I think.

Anyways, thank you all again. Any more asks that I get, I will keep responding to, but I'm done with publishing them for now. I feel like those of you who are still here have had more than enough for tonight, and I need to get to some more homework. Publishing the asks is just asking for more trouble.

Here is what I know to be true:

There is no absolute truth; philosophy and outlook are always subject to change depending on the events in your surroundings

Things are shit

But you feel less shitty about them if you do not constantly dwell on the fact that they are shit

That does not mean to only look at the bright side of things because too much of that can become ignorance of the problem (that things are indeed shit, no matter how you look at them)

It just makes things slightly less shitty

This, of course, is subject to change

Also there is no such thing as the perfect guy unless your name is Tchaikovsky or James Franco

And Tchaikovsky was gay

The only man who has ever truly gotten me was a gay Russian man born in the 1800s. Yes. Good.
