A little something from my AU where Edgeworth has a son. :)
It would be interesting if at least part of Ace Attorney 7 took place in Khura’in. Apollo is investigating a case that appears small and isolated at first, but later he’ll learn it’s connected to an international incident that Athena and Phoenix are involved in as the Main Plot.
In part of his investigation, Apollo asks Nahyuta some questions, since he may have seen something important. At first their dialogue is all business, but Apollo uses this chance to catch up with his foster brother.
While they’re talking, a calmer, more upbeat version of Nahyuta’s theme plays, reflecting how much more peaceful he is on the inside. (Similar to Apollo’s conversation theme from Dual Destinies compared to his objection theme.)
Along with his many courtroom appearances, Nahyuta has been busy with his duties as Regent to Queen Rayfa. He’s taken a liking to street food (since Ema treats him sometimes when they investigate together.) He casually recommends a spicy chicken curry, before realizing he has to leave. He was supposed to meet his mother Amara and Queen Rayfa for tea, and he would hate to keep them waiting.
“You really should join us sometime. Mother’s tea is almost divine.”
Apollo admits that sounds great, but he’s used to having his tea in a more casual setting (which is really his office, mostly by himself but sometimes with a client or Datz when he drops by.)
Before he leaves, Nahyuta writes a statement about what he witnessed and Apollo adds it to his collection of evidence.
When the trial goes to court, Nahyuta steps up to the prosecution bench. It’s unusual to have a prosecutor who’s also a witness, but since the defendant is a Khura’inese diplomat (and the whole world is watching) - Nahyuta couldn’t leave this trial to anyone else.
So Attorney Apollo Justice and Prosecutor Nahyuta Sahdmadhi face off once more - with their years of experience behind them and the resolve to find the truth.
Phoenix and Miles: Where is your favorite place to kiss your partner? On the neck? Behind the ear? Somewhere more unexpected?
Dear Anon,
Hm, definitely on the neck… at least for now.
…Can those really be considered “kisses”?
Er, Miles, you know everyone is going to get more curious now, right?
Hmph…! Don’t they have anything else to ask? Why would I want to answer something so personal?!
Haha, Edgeworth likes kissing me on the lips, by the way…
Wright!
Keep your mouth shut!
Oh?
Make me.
Nngh…!
- Phoenix Wright & Miles Edgeworth
Maya and Edgeworth help Phoenix after they all had a bit too much to drink during their night on the town, but that’s okay because they’re together and that’s all that matters. ♥
For the anon who wanted to know what happened the first time Edgeworth experienced an earthquake with his and Phoenix's son in my AU. :)
