What are your thoughts on ace attorney 7/ things you'd like to see in future aa games?

I am curious how Maya will handle being the Kurain Village master, especially since Spirit of Justice established that she and Pearl are the only spirit mediums left in the village... But I have a feeling that won't be addressed, which is why I'm so passionate about my AU. （´∇｀''）
I'm also curious how the game will be presented, since we are in the age of the Switch 2 and the games being multi-platform! Personally, I would love 2D sprites again, but games can make 3D sprites look pretty close to hand-drawn art these days! All in all, I am excited to see what they come up with!
Other than that, I don't really have much in the way of strong wishes! I'm just looking forward to experiencing a new adventure in the series sometime! ✧˖°

Truth be told, I've only played the fan translation a long while ago and I'm long overdue to play the official one... But my impressions of Miles and Variety are that they have a deep respect for each other both for their skills and their own life pursuits. I personally read Miles as aroace, so I don't think he would develop romantic feelings for her, but that doesn't mean I don't think it's possible that they could grow closer if the circumstances allow for it! Miles just wouldn't be able to provide any romantic gestures or intimacy and hopefully Variety doesn't need them herself or doesn't mind.
At least, that's just what I think! If shipping them in a romantic way makes anyone happy, that makes me happy! (*˘︶˘*)
Whew! I apologize for taking so long to answer asks, friends! And for being relatively inactive. >< As I said in one ask, I've been very busy with work.
A couple things! I did get a couple asks about things that happen in my AU's fan fic, which I didn't answer since I would prefer my story to reveal the answers. (´ ˘ ` ) Although the story is finished, I'm not sure when I'll start posting it because I don't want it to distract me from work (it's a huge story, 250k words! so it will be a project to post...) but once things calm down a little, I will not hesitate to start posting!

Hello, I just wanted to say I adore your AU and I am very excited for the fanfiction itself! As an aroace person myself, I really, really appreciate the aroace representation in your story. Ace Attorney fandom is very heavily focused on shipping, which is cool and all, there are some ships I enjoy from time to time, including Wrightworth, but I still much highly prefer platonic relationships and I love the way you depict Maya, Phoenix and Miles' platonic family without any "forced" romance, so to speak. People can be family without it turning into romance and the way you handle this is perfect and extremely sweet and nothing like I ever saw before. I love their family dynamic, kids included. If people make them be a family, there is usually shipping involved, so I really love both the aroace representation and the fresh new depiction of the trio's relationship. I always kinda saw Maya, Phoenix and Miles as siblings more than anything.
Again, very excited to see the fanfic and thank you for making this AU, it's definitely one of my favorites I've seen of Ace Attorney so far!

With what Miles thinks about each kid's personality, I'd say...
Gregory: Aloof and stubborn, but lovable and passionate about what he believes in--all of which reminds Miles of Phoenix, for better and for worse!
Mia: Miles probably thinks she makes a sport out of giving people a hard time! But he can at least appreciate her determination.
Melusina: Quiet, aloof, but a happy child. Miles appreciates her politeness and good behavior. Opal: Reserved but Miles recognizes her intelligence. He probably relates to her the most.
Amber: Bubbly and sweet. Her energy isn't as high as Mia, but she can still be a handful.

Hehehe he does! I did look at Shaun Fenn's concept art when I gave Gregory a little bit of a redesign not too long ago. ´◡` I liked how more sleek the shapes were and I wanted to have them for Gregory.
2 things.
1) I love your Gregory Wright AU but I can NOT for the life of me find where it starts. I need to know how this whole thing began, and the relationship between the three parents are. Please!!!
2) I love your Gumshoe design a lot. The mustache kind of reminds me of Tobias Gregson from the Great Ace Attorney duology, which feels fitting considering they’re mostly the main detective of each game they’re in, but also because they dress kinda similarly.

Hello friend! I don't believe anyone has asked nor have I mentioned it! At some point after the events of Investigations 2, Kay followed Edgeworth to Europe where she ended up working alongside Franziska during one of her investigations for Interpol. Kay then became her investigative partner from then on, only returning to America with Franziska many years later to visit Edgeworth and meet Gregory.
