Just over 3 months hysterectomy and oorphectomy and feeling better than I have in years. I'm almost getting superstitious about being too positive in case I curse myself! Those of you who've been through a tough time will know what I mean. Running is coming along nicely, I've had 3 decent runs this week (actually 4 in the past 7 days because of when my runs fell) I'm gradually speeding up a little but without trying to push as I'm still recovering from the op, I'm also increasing distance and loving doing so. I'm finding CrossFit trickier to get any post op progress with as my hormones don't seem to be quite right yet so any lifting stuff is even harder than it use to be! I'm sure I'll get there though.
