I am taking a break from posting

So if you've been following me for awhile there's a chance you may have seen me posting about my hospital visits.

I have been having issues with my liver for the past year and it just seems to be getting worse instead of better.

I've been trying to post more to distract myself from my health, but i just can't anymore. I don't have the energy

Though I will most likely still be interacting with my moots and others since talking to people does help me feel better.

I'm sorry about all of this and will try my best to start posting again soon

Here’s the real reason I haven’t been posting much.

I had this one post, called Sunshine. I’m not gonna go into a whole bunch of detail as to keep this short. Said post had mentions of a character jerking off to a picture of you. I received lots of backlash and I’m just really confused.

Many other writers have used this same trope and that was the ONLY explicit part of it. And people were reposting and commenting saying “I’m so confused what are those random lines” when it said at the beginning it was a song fic. Without that knowledge, yes, it wouldn’t make sense. I also linked the song at the end. And this wasn’t a change made after the comments, no. It had been there before I even posted it initially.

Then I started receiving backlash on the fact that the character jerked off to a picture of the reader. Look, I’m gonna be straight forward… If it’s not for you it’s not for you. I don’t need to hear about how you didn’t like that.

I NEVER asked for anyone’s opinion on what I decided to write. It wasn’t offensive or dark content, and I also put this warning before I actually got into the writing. So it’s up to you to read that before going in. So you can’t blame me for your ignorance.

I don’t know if this happens to any other creators but I’m just gonna say this one more time. I put a warning. It was clearly labeled as a song fic. If you didn’t like those types of tropes, scroll! I don’t need multiple people giving me criticism on something that was their fault!
