why i joined postive force and we are family and what ive learned:

i wanted to do something. about whatever was going on. i didnt really know why. i learned that seniors are often thrown away and forgotten. when they shouldnt be. ive learned that sitting and talking to them and bringing them groceries creates community and community is the basis for change and the seed of a start of something better.

today people maybe didnt understand at first.

respect comprehension patience smile grow wild be a sheep or dont be a sheep.

mark gave us copies of his book all of the power. i have scratches and shaky hands from work. i dont think i could be happier with this. green hair gray hair. positive force. today we pushed shopping carts of trash and then groceries down the street. it was the strangest and the (strangely) coolest thing ive ever done. it think. it was exercise or something. it was an exercise in something. ive been to sticky fingers twice in two days.
