Doodled something in the morning in like 30 min before I went to school. I then spent like 10 minutes in Latin class adding bits and bobs instead of actually paying attention. Pretty rough I know, but I just did this for a meme

POST OR DIE: 29 UPDATE: Here’s a second more cleaned up and rendered version. Somehow I still like both (except for the hands on the first one, I was pretty tired on my first pass of that). I finished the elfy girl a couple days ago but I went ahead cleaned it up and fixed those hands(which was a bitch to do). I’ve realized that someone could probably just do redos or slight edits of the same drawing for all the post or dies but as long as I’m improving and have to spend some decent amount of time on changing something I won’t see it as a problem. Although I will attempt to make new drawings for each post anyway, as the same thing can get boring fast.

I hate OpenToonz. The video ended up looking a lot worse because of how it exports avi files that don’t render properly no matter what you do. This is what you get for using open source. BTW, after seeing how hectic things have been these past 4 months it’s pretty clear that this end of senior year is going to make things impossible to do consistently on a daily basis. POD (Post or Die is gonna have to be a weekly or bi weekly thing after this break. I’ve run out of cringe stored on my laptop to use for punishment so I’ve decided to make it a little more serious. If I miss a day I’ll post my work to an old forum place I used to go to and get my work ripped to shreds. Some of the critiques there have given me a good kick in the pants into the right direction, but most of them are bitter psuedo intellectuals who can’t draw to save their life.  Let’s see if that hatred can propel me to do better work faster.
