We have to learn to stop getting to take the easy way out and start doing the hard stuff. You are gonna feel pain get a reward from it.

We make a lot of plans but oftentimes give up on them before we can get to the other side of things. You miss out on the opportunity of growth when you keep quitting on yourself. Small choices over a consistent period of time goes a long way. Shoot for progress not perfection. Each day get better and see what 6 months to a year would change your life. Just try it!

We often think that the first time that we do something that it should be perfect. If it’s not we get stuck in purgatory with not moving. Whether it’s trying a new workout or dropping new content. Don’t stay there. Fail forward. Even if you fail you have gained knowledge and are still lapping those that have failed to make a move!
