Livin' that #postworkouthigh :) Hello m'fitties! 😀 It's raining outside the entire day today, so instead of running Outdoors I've decided to do a short 30-minute moderate intensity workout in the small of my room. Then I ended it with some meditation and stretching for 30 minutes :-)💪 I've forgotten how much I miss yoga!
