Open-Faced Bierocks
Another episode of Goth Girl Can Cook, Open -Faced Bierocks edition. The filling is beef, onion, cabbage, and seasonings. I was going to make proper bierocks, but I'd made hamburger potato buns on the weekend, and needed to use them up.
Bierocks filling is messy enough I didn't think I could eat it in a sandwich, so I toasted the bun and topped with the filling. It worked very well, and will make at least two, maybe three more meals
Had too many sweet potato left overs. Turned them into buns. The end result wasn't bad 😳
