Ingredients: 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced. 4 medium white potatoes, peeled and diced. 1/4 cup butter. 1/2 cup milk. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Boil the sweet potatoes and white potatoes in separate pots until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and return them to their respective pots. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and 1/4 cup of milk to each pot. Mash the sweet potatoes and white potatoes until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
