All you need to know about did you know this game.
Did you know this game started development in 2009, then was released in the App Store on January 11th 2016, the game’s gameplay was similar to club penguin however you could play as a human, a dog, a cat and even a bear.
It also had seasonal events like Easter ,Halloween and Christmas but there was also flag pull day which was based off a Swedish holiday that happened on January 11th.
Early in the morning on flag pull’s eve which is on January 10th everyone in Sweden had to get ready for flag pull day.
This consists of decorating everywhere with red flags that had a white cross.
Then cooking up traditional Swedish meals such as Gubbröra (Eggs with Swedish anchovies), Kräftor med dill (Crayfish with dill), Pyttipanna (Swedish hash) and Inlagda rödbetor (Pickled beetroot).
Then, when it was finally January 11th, everyone would get up early in the morning to watch the mayor or the president in this case pull up the flag then have a huge celebration that lasted nightfall.
the red on the flag symbolises the blood that was shed during the world war and the cross symbolises the the peace that came after the world war.
However, in did you know this game this seasonal event is a bit more harmful, unlike it’s real world counterpart, because when you play as a dog, you have to help the policemen and the police dogs find the missing dogs, the evidence is pretty bloody and gory unfortunately.
When you play as the cat, you have to find the missing cats and the cat killers who turned out to be the most innocent looking people ever.
There was also an ad showing all of the cat killers having a fun time.
When you play as the bear, you have to make sure that none of the hunters hunt all of the animals, it’s a very hard task.
However, on January 11th 2020, a 13 year-old girl was playing the game and saw the bloody evidence but she unbothered by it, she was playing as a Welsh corgi who was trying to find the missing dogs for the policeman and the police dogs, however, on January 29 2020, her father saw a German Shepherd on her bed, playing on her iPad in her room and chased it away he then made a complaint to the App Store saying this game, made my daughter disappear and let a filthy dog into her room.
The independent Swedish studio saw this review and took off the game immediately on January 30th 2020.
However, for some unknown reason, the game was back on the App Store on January 11 2026.
