So begins thought, prayer, and meditation
A pact is made, love's agreement. A postponement for atonement and thought's opportunity, delaying the final decision. While he waits and ponders, she bolsters his needy spirit, and strengthened, he pushes the attackers back. Peace has come once more, but consideration must be made. Will he risk a wound for strength and joy? She seems more than worth it, but he has been wrong before, and will be wrong again, maybe. A little over 40 days to think and consider what he is willing to give, and what he wishes to receive, and ultimately, if this will become extended indefinitely, or ended prematurely.
