Today’s post is inspired by an eBay listing I saw this morning which offers for sale a yarn carrier and a Autoknitter tappet plate (used for ribbing on CSM). The first part might be fine but the second is definitely more of a paperweight than a usable component. POT METAL: It’s something to keep an eye out for when considering the purchase of vintage Gearhart and some vintage Canadian Autoknitters.
