Today, an earthquake with magnitude 6,4 Richter struck Petrinja,Sisak and Glina, with epicentre in Petrinja. This is the worst earthquake in recent history of my country. Petrinja mayor has just said that the first victim is a small child, whose body was discovered in front of their mother. Pray for Petrinja.

My country was hit by two earthquakes in the past two days. The one that happened today was 6.4 magnitude on the Richter scale. It's the third one this year and it's also the strongest. The capital, Zagreb and cities Petrinja and Sisak were the ones that suffered the most.
Please keep Croatia and especially Petrinja and Sisak in your prayers.

So 2020 isn't over yet.
After the earthquake in Croatian capital Zagreb and the surrounding area that happened in March, yesterday we had another earthquake in two more Croatian cities Petrinja and Sisak.
We thought it was over but an hour ago we had ANOTHER earthquake, again in Petrinja. The city looks like it was bulldozed to the ground. Sisak and Zagreb are damaged as well.
The news just reported that one child died. This is absolutely horrible and heartbreaking.
Please pray for my country. Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy 💔
Have you seen anything more balkan than my neighbourhood's way of dealing with stress after an earthquake
A 5.5 strength earthquake has hit the capital of Croatia, Zagreb and its surroundings at 6. 24 am on Sunday, March 22nd 2020.
More earthquakes are expected, but of less strength.
One death has been confirmed for now, that of a 15 year old child.
The first picture is in front of a hospital in Zagreb, pregnant women and newborns have been taken outside.
We're waiting for more information.
UPDATE
The child is still alive, but is in critical condition and is currently being treated.
UPDATE MARCH 23D 2020
Earthquake debris nearly missing a driving car
Gofundme has been started by citizens for citizens who's housing has been destroyed by the quake. They are being relocated into student centers, but those have suffered damage as well and the heating system is not working in some places. On top of everything, Zagreb has woken up today to snow on the streets. If you can spare, please help. And thank you for it, even if it's just spreading the word.
Today, another bigger quake hit, adding more to an already huge damage. The earthquake struck on March 23d 2020 at 11.11 am, with the strength of 3.4 on the Richter scale.
I'll reblog with more pictures because there's a 10 photos limit per post.
UPDATE MARCH 23D 2020 pt 2
