Dear P.O.T.S.,

Yesterday sucked. It really did. Of course, I was in a car for twelve hours and didn't drink much water at all. Today was alright, I guess, but I travel tomorrow as well. I don't have much to say today, outside of the fact that I feel gross and tired. I also got a Fitbit to keep track of my heart rate, and inspire me to exercise more, so there's that. I realize more and more that it's just as important to talk about the bad days as it is the good days, so you learn what you're doing right and what you're doing wrong. Love, Potsie
