This Milky Way Lover's Pound Cake is a chocolatey delight for candy bar enthusiasts. It's rich, moist, and filled with chunks of Milky Way candy bars and chocolate chips. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth cravings!
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 2 cups granulated sugar. 4 large eggs. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup buttermilk. 6 Milky Way candy bars, chopped into small pieces. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Grease and dust a pan for Bundt cakes. Beat the softened butter and granulated sugar in a sizable mixing bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. One egg at a time, add them, beating thoroughly after each addition. Add the vanilla extract and stir. Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt in a different bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients gradually, starting and ending with the dry mixture and alternating with buttermilk. Blend until barely combined. Stir in the semisweet chocolate chips and chopped Milky Way candy bars. Smooth the top of the batter after pouring it into the prepared Bundt pan. Bake for 5060 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, in a preheated oven. After the cake has cooled in the pan for fifteen minutes, take it out and place it on a wire rack to finish cooling. For an added treat, pour some melted Milky Way candy bars over the top after it has cooled. Enjoy your Milky Way Lover's Pound Cake after slicing it!
