LOL LOL LOL This is an amazing question. It took me awhile to find it, but I think this is the post you’re talking about, and I do have to say, WOW that one is pretty authentic, I’m impressed (I’ve mixed feelings about buzzfeed :P)... it even makes your own gravy, and uses PROPER CHEESE CURDS, so yeah this is a fantastic Canadian Poutine, I can tell. Jeez louise, it even goes as far as using potatoes and not frozen fries (we are very well known for our P.E.I. potatoes!). This one goes hardcore, I love it. Thank you for directing it to me, and as a Canadian, I can say that a poutine is all about the curds and the sauce :D
