You couldn't avoid it for long. Skiing season is just around the corner. There are so many good ski movies out these days that it's hard to choose favorites, but I'm going to go with Powderwhore. Their new trailer is out! The movie is called Elevation and looks pretty good. The only pseudo-complaint I have about all these movies is that they don't always get as rad as they could; if I'm paying to go see a sweet skiing movie then it would be nice to see people doing stuff that's really inspiring instead of just, you know, a Saturday.
P.S. I also really like Sweetgrass and Sherpas Cinema. You'll see more from them in this space in the future. TGR is a little too much of a brodown for me.
