Mouser Electronics is now shipping the high-performance QPA9510 GSM power amplifier from Qorvo, designed to power next-generation Sub-1 GHz RF applications. Covering a wide 100 MHz to 1000 MHz range, the QPA9510 delivers up to 34 dB gain and +35 dBm output power, making it ideal for smart utility networks, industrial IoT, UHF/LMR radios, RFID, and telematics systems.
Built on advanced GaAs technology and packaged in a compact 5×5 mm QFN, the QPA9510 ensures high efficiency, robust performance, and flexible gain control with over 70 dB range. Engineers can accelerate development using the QPA9510EVB evaluation board, optimized for 865–928 MHz GSM applications and designed for seamless RF testing and validation.
