Can I have some ideas for a superpowered whumpee?
This leaves it open for different moralities and I’m here for it-
The whumper wants the world to know just how weak their “guardian” is, and they want to make sure that the whumpee is thoroughly broken by the time this happens.
The whumpee is seen as a danger to the world by the public, their powers are too unpredictable and they’ve already used them to commit crime. Thus The whumpee is locked away were they can’t hurt anyone- they’re completely alone
Since the whumpee is a villain they’re seen as a punching bag for the heroes. Of course they fight back but the heroes either outnumber them or are too powerful- its hard to hide their identity because of all the bruises.
