Wanted to share this leg #workout I did from yesterday! This is one of 2 of my leg workouts for the week. The other day is focused on hamstrings & glutes. Video is how to perform sissy squats. I chose 15 minutes of treadmill walking on incline 13, speed 3.3 for my #cardio. NEVER hold on! You're cheating yourself by holding on during incline walking.
